The gallery’s exhibition for December 2023 is the 13th Annual “Nature” Online Art Exhibition. Both 2D and 3D, artists, from around the world, were asked for their interpretation of the “Nature” theme by submitting their best abstract and/or representational art.

The gallery received 470 entries from 26 different countries from around the world, as well as from 30 different states and the District of Columbia.

The exhibition has been divided into three media categories - Painting & Other Media, Photography & Digital and 3 Dimensional categories.  In addition, there is an overall Winning Artists Category, which is the “best of the best” and consists of the twelve (12) best entries comprised from all the media categories.

The gallery also included Special Merit awards and Special Recognition awards for outstanding art. Many of the artists in either of these groups could have easily been included in the upper tier of our winners, as their art was also exceptional.

All winning entries will now be featured on the Light Space & Time website homepage for the 3 months. Thereafter, the artworks will remain online in the Light Space & Time Archives. To see exhibitions prior to January 2022, please visit our LST Archives website.

Congratulations to our artists who made our 13th Annual “Nature” Art Exhibition so successful this month. At any time, we invite our winning artists and other interested visitors to link their websites to the Gallery’s archive page for further ongoing promotion. Scroll down the page to each section to see the artists accepted into the exhibition.

Eileen is an award-winning photographer and digital artist based in Texas, USA. She will now be promoted by the gallery with an extensive public relations campaign.

For this solo exhibition, the gallery will distribute, promote and circulate press releases to over 550+ major News Outlets, including Premium FOX, CBS, and NBC Affiliated Sites, with guaranteed inclusion on Google News & Bing News. The Gallery will also provide social media distribution through LST gallery’s broad social media network.

Eileen’s art will also be featured on the gallery’s YouTube Channel and with an event postcard.

The “Solo Art Series” is a series of monthly solo art exhibitions for established artists who have a body of work to present to the public.  Artist participants were asked to submit the following 3 components for the “Solo Art Series” competition: 1. Their art.  2. Their artist biography.  3.  Their artist statement.  These elements were evaluated and judged, which resulted in the selection of the artists who will be featured in individual month-long solo art exhibitions.  This was the 22nd “Solo Art Series” Art Competition that the gallery has conducted.

Below is Eileen’s Artist Biography and her Artist Statement, along with 15 of her artworks.  We hope that you will take the time to read Eileen’s information and to take a look at his artwork.

Artist Biography

Eileen E. Senter is a self-taught digital artist. She has always enjoyed art and dabbled in t-shirt painting, ceramics and clay molding. However, after retirement with the British Government 15 years ago, she chose photography as her medium of choice.

Her first camera was a Kodak instamatic but Eileen has never liked straight out of the camera images and very soon researched various software photography programs that would help her grow as an artist and showcase her artwork. She blends programs together, sometimes two to three times until she gets to the “aha moment!”

Eileen’s favorite subjects are wildlife, flowers, rural scenes for composites, anything in nature. Her work has been published in the Galveston Monthly magazines a few times.

Artist Statement

I am originally from Nottingham, England, now living in Texas with my Husband, who is my best friend and avid supporter of my work. I have always had a desire for photography but creating art is my true passion. I am self-taught and work with many digital programs using my images to create and compose with the desire of bringing to life what I see through the camera for a finished and combined work of art.

Eileen’s website is https://eileensenter.smugmug.com.
