The gallery’s exhibition for January 2025 is the 14th Annual “All Women” Online Art Exhibition. Both 2D and 3D women artists, from around the world, were asked to submit their best abstract and/or representational art. This art competition had an open theme and was for women artists only.
The gallery received 555 entries from 26 different countries from around the world, as well as from 31 different states and the District of Columbia.
The exhibition has been divided into three media categories - Painting & Other Media, Photography & Digital and 3 Dimensional categories. In addition, there is an overall Winning Artists Category, which is the “best of the best” and consists of the twelve (12) best entries comprised from all the media categories.
The gallery also included Special Merit awards and Special Recognition awards for outstanding art. Many of the artists in either of these groups could have easily been included in the upper tier of our winners, as their art was also exceptional.

The Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is pleased to announce the winning artists of the gallery’s recent 28th “Solo Art Series” Art Competition.
The “Solo Art Series” competition closed on September 5, 2024. 12 artists were selected as finalists. From that selection, 4 artists were chosen to receive individual month-long solo art exhibitions. The remaining 8 artists were awarded Artist Showcase features.
The Solo Art Series took place within an extremely competitive atmosphere. The task of selecting only four top winning artists from the 58 artists who entered was extremely challenging. The high quality of submissions made creating the final rankings extraordinarily difficult.
The competitive process considered not only the quality and depth of the artist’s work but also the overall entry presentation, including the artist’s biography and artist’s statement. The following are the 4 winning Solo Series Artists and the schedule of their solo art exhibitions.

Out of the 58 artists who submitted to this Solo Art Series art competition, 27 were eliminated due to deficiencies in their Biography, Artist’s Statement or with their art. From the 31 artists who were left, 20 artists were then selected as finalists. 12 artists were selected from the 20 final artists and any of the finalists could have been included in the final 12.
For each solo art exhibition, the gallery will distribute, promote and circulate press releases to hundreds of major News Outlets, art news websites and social media distribution through LST gallery’s broad social media network.
Each of the 8 Artist Showcase feature artists will also be promoted to hundreds of major News Outlets, art news websites and social media distribution through LST gallery’s broad social media network.
Winning artists will have their solo art exhibition results posted and promoted on ArtWeek. Artweek produces 800,000-page impressions per month, 280,000 website visitors per month and has 30,000 newsletter subscribers.
In addition to the above, the winning solo artists receive a YouTube Video presentation of their Body of Work, Event Postcard and a Press Release for their art portfolio. There will also be links back to the artists’ website as part of this achievement package.

Congratulations to Sandy Gherardi for her acceptance into Fusion Art's Featured Artist Members Gallery.
Sandy Gherardi is an award-winning self-taught, fine art photographer based in Washington, DC and Virginia, USA.
Sandy’s love for photography originated decades ago with a Nikon School of Photography weekend course and a Digital Arts course at the Corcoran School of Art. After that, she was hooked!
While she’s often recognized for her abstracts, she also embraces representational photography. She rarely pre-select a location to photograph. She finds subjects everywhere, from the banks of a scenic river to a mundane heap of trash.
Architecture, window and water reflections are among Sandy’s favorites. Never knowing what she’ll discover on any given day, life becomes an adventure.
Sandy was awarded 1st Place Overall/Best in Show for her photograph, "The Big Apple” in the Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery’s 14th Annual “Cityscapes” Online Art Exhibition in June 2024 and selected this Featured Artist membership as her award.

The Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is pleased to announce the winning artists of the gallery’s recent 27th “Solo Art Series” Art Competition.
The “Solo Art Series” competition closed on May 5, 2024. 12 artists were selected as finalists. From that selection, 4 artists were chosen to receive individual month-long solo art exhibitions. The remaining 8 artists were awarded Artist Showcase features.
The Solo Art Series took place within an extremely competitive atmosphere. The task of selecting only four top winning artists from the 65 artists who entered was extremely challenging. The high quality of submissions made creating the final rankings extraordinarily difficult.
The competitive process considered not only the quality and depth of the artist’s work but also the overall entry presentation, including the artist’s biography and artist’s statement. The following are the 4 winning Solo Series Artists and the schedule of their solo art exhibitions.

As part of the selection process, the other 8 artists who were in the top 12 have been awarded an Artist Showcase feature. The artists who were selected for the Artist Showcase features (with one Artist Showcase being be posted every 2 weeks beginning on May 15th are:

Out of the 65 artists who submitted to this Solo Art Series art competition, 30 were eliminated due to deficiencies in their Biography, Artist’s Statement or with their art. From the 35 artists who were left, 22 artists were then selected as finalists. 12 artists were selected from the 22 final artists and any of the finalists could have been included in the final 12.
For each solo art exhibition, the gallery will distribute, promote and circulate press releases to hundreds of major News Outlets, art news websites and social media distribution through LST gallery’s broad social media network.
Each of the 8 Artist Showcase feature artists will also be promoted to hundreds of major News Outlets, art news websites and social media distribution through LST gallery’s broad social media network.
Winning artists will have their solo art exhibition results posted and promoted on ArtWeek. Artweek produces 800,000-page impressions per month, 280,000 website visitors per month and has 30,000 newsletter subscribers.
In addition to the above, the winning solo artists receive a YouTube Video presentation of their Body of Work, Event Postcard and a Press Release for their art portfolio. There will also be links back to the artists’ website as part of this achievement package.

The gallery’s exhibition for May 2024 is the 14th Annual “Seascapes” Online Art Competition. Both 2D and 3D, artists, from around the world, were asked for their interpretation of the “Seascapes” theme by submitting their best representational and/or abstract art.
The gallery received 513 entries from 21 different countries from around the world, as well as from 29 different states and the District of Columbia.
The exhibition has been divided into three media categories - Painting & Other Media, Photography & Digital and 3 Dimensional Categories. Due to a limited number of 3 Dimensional entries, some of these artworks have been included in the Painting & Other Media category. In addition, there is an overall Winning Artists Category, which is the “best of the best” and consists of the twelve (12) best entries comprised from all the media categories.
The gallery also included Special Merit awards and Special Recognition awards for outstanding art. Many of the artists in either of these groups could have easily been included in the upper tier of our winners, as their art was also exceptional.
All winning entries will now be featured on the Light Space & Time website homepage for the 3 months. Thereafter, the artworks and links to the artist’s websites will remain online in the Light Space & Time Archives. To see exhibitions prior to January 2022, please visit our LST Archives website.

In response to overwhelming requests from many of our artists, the Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery has launched the LST Art Critique Program.
This program provides artists with an impartial evaluation of their work, assessing their skill, creativity, composition, color, balance, and perspective to aid in their artistic growth.
Artists often find themselves stuck, regardless of the medium they are working with.
Do you need a fresh perspective or a new set of eyes to tell you what may or may not be working?
For the critique, we ask artists to provide details about the type of media they use and specify the specific areas they need assistance with - whether they have questions, issues, or areas of concern, etc.
Whether it's a single piece or a collection of works that feels amiss, simply doesn't click, or is just not working, we can provide an unbiased evaluation.
Artists can submit up to 3 artworks for critique.
To critique 3 Dimensional artwork properly, we will need to examine it from three different perspectives.
If 3D artists want to submit more than one artwork for critique, they must complete an additional critique submission form. Each 3D artwork will require a new $25 critique fee.
For 3D artists seeking an evaluation of a body of work, they can simply email us at info@lightspacetime.art to inquire about the critique fee and receive a personalized quote.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to get back to you. If we have questions or need more details, we will reach out to you via email to ensure a thorough critique.
The critique fee is $25 for up to 3 artworks. The fee is inclusive of New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (if applicable).
Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery utilizes the Submittable platform to receive, process and jury all competition and art critique submissions.
Submittable is an international platform that is used for administrative processing by over 9000 organizations that specialize in art, photography, publishing, music, film-making, education and grants. It provides artists with a free, secure and easy-to-use system to apply to a wide variety of national (and international) juried art exhibitions 24 hours a day. There is no cost to the artist to register on the site and all payments processed through Submittable are secure. Submittable accepts both credit cards and PayPal.
