The Boston Art and Design Fair, officially dubbed AD 20/21 will be hosting its fifth annual exhibition of fine art and design from the 20th and 21st centuries. With some 50 exhibitors it is offering modern to contemporary fine art, photography, jewelry, vintage and contemporary studio furniture, decorative arts, sculpture, fine prints, drawings and more at the only show and sale of its kind in New England. In addition, Boston Art and Design is throwing a gala Thursday evening with all proceeds benefiting the Boston Architectural College. The Kobalt Gallery, will be featuring Helen’s painting, “In a Sigh of Thunder” which is 48″ x 64″, oil on four panels. It is one of a series influenced by Martin Johnson Heade’s.
