Fusion Art and Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery's award-winning artist, photographer, and poet Patricia Cannon has released her debut novel.
Patricia's book, Wild Heart, features dialogues between her poetry and her photographs. These are not examples of ekphrastic poetry; instead, both the poems and the photos were created separately. Readers will delight in uncovering hidden meanings within the two art forms as they "overhear" each of these "conversations."
Patricia's life, faith, and creative work as a poet and photographer are deeply connected. Her combination of imagery and writing draws audiences into emotional worlds, giving a gentle, yet profound, look at instances of beauty and introspection.
Patricia possesses the rare talent of converting her individual experiences into widely relatable insights. Blending emotional intensity in her photography with her poetic perceptions, she carves out a unique space in the art and literary fields. She uses her writing and photography to explore both the beauty and vulnerability of being human.
