BROOMFIELD, CO - December 29, 2013 - / Shirley Rudolf is pleased to announce that she has been chosen to be one of the artists featured in the January 2014 Issue of the Southwest Art Magazine.
Shirley Rudolf was invited to be a part of an article entitled "Mixture of Media" in the Southwest Art Magazine's January 2014 Issue. The article post "Mixture of Media" explains that oil paintings used to be the only long-lasting media; but today, through "new technologies in reducing or eliminating archival and longevity concerns" artists are now finding new mediums to display on collectors' and galleries' walls.
Samplings of a wide range of media like pastels, watercolors, and acrylics are displayed in the January 2014 issue of Southwest Art Magazine. With nearly 40 years of experience, Southwest Art is the leading magazine devoted to American Western art. Each issue puts readers in touch with the artists, galleries, and collectors that shape the market. The magazine’s website is www.southwestart.com
